Winter is a perfect time to create crafts with elements from the garden. Integrate this with teaching grade 5 – 7s social entrepreneurs and you have the makings of a Holiday Market which can raise money to buy compost and seeds for the Spring for your school garden.

This is a great recipe & super simple to make. I love creating soy candles in a masonry jar. You just need to find a good wholesale soy wax company. I love Wicks & Wax in Burnaby & the staff are so helpful.
I used this recipe and just added about double the amount of coconut oil. Of course I had to try them out in my bath and my skin felt so silky soft.
These sold out – a top hit with the kids.
Delicious & students loved them. We sold over 300 in 30 minutes with a coconut milk hot chocolate.
There are so many ideas to create a DIY Holiday Craft Market. Have fun holiday crafting!
